OMG! I'm in Shock!!

Jacob let me brush his teeth tonight!! And was liking it! He kept getting his toung in the way, but he did awesome!!

It took 3 long long years....but he's accepting the toothbrush finally!!!

Caitlynn indian project grade came back..she got an A!! Awesome Job!

There was also 2 writing assignments. One was a journal entry telling the day in a indian childs life. The other was a story using pictures for words where possible. She did awesome!

Thirty-Two

What a wonderful number that is!! Jacob now weigh's in at 32 pounds!!!

He's doing wonderful the last week or so. We have completly switched around his formula. He's now on Nutren 1.5 instead of Nutren JR. The difference is the 1.5 has 15 more calories per ounce. So it's like getting 1 and a 1/2 cans of the JR...in the volume of 1 can! It's awesome! He get's 3 to 3.5 cans a day, along with 500 ml's of water and Carnation Insteant breakfast at night. He needs something in his belly to sleep. To him that is 'the way it should be'... His pump did malfunction last night though, a new one was sent out today after calling our Home Health company. His GI also sent a script for 6 extensions per month...we'll see if we get them, it's up to insurance. But with him in school and daycare they are really needed. The script that was sent over for his formula was processed right away, and will be here the end of October for his November order. Since we still have a couple cases of the 1.5 from Jennifer we are all set to go! (Thanks Jen!!! And John for bringing it to SC!)

We had Caitlynn's fall festivile at school tonight. She had alot of fun, and went on a hayride even. Here are a few pictures from tonight :)

IEP... & Cleaning Up

One of the specific's of Jacob's IEP was they wanted him to help with 'clean up'. He's (as many autistic kids) is resistent to change, or to change what they are doing at that time. Playing = more playing... :)

Yesterday he was dumping rocks out of mom's flower's from G-Ma. I stopped him and told him he had to clean up.

As I was helping him put them back I hear him going "keen up, keen up" YAY!!! He knows he has to clean up! And was helping put it all back :)

I went to Wal*Mart

Ok that doesnt sound to bad, right?

I decided my jeans were totally anoying me being to big. But I havent bought jeans in a 'regular' store in 3 years. Sooo I tried on a pair of 24's (current Jeans are Lane Bryant 26's, were snug when puchased in april) they were to big!!! So I tried on 22's and they fit...comfy!! I wanted black though, and they were out so I'll go to the other walmart on Sunday and get the black

WOOO HOOO!! I can shop at cheap (er) stores now!

I just dug in the back of the closet, and found a pair of Jeans that were given to me about 2 years ago. I remember never being able to get my thighs in. I'm sitting here wearing them right now :) WITH room to spare!!
